Well, I actually agree with these! o.O

Especially the attractive leftovers, natch ^_^ Do you think they mean a smiley face or something?

I think leaving the food in the shape of flowers would be more appropriately feminine.

You're right, of course.

I need a tiara now, and to lear how to sculpt mashed potatos.
Wonderful advice. :D

I have a tiara. I used to wear it while cooking, so even though I was in the kitchen, I felt like a princess... If I locate it, I'll make sure I take pics !

But do you have a matching tiara for your pet? That is the real question.

Even though the whole thing sounds a tad old-fashioned, I love the idea the book conveys : that the world doesn't revolve around ME ME ME... How I wish it was updated and turned into a best-seller today...

It's actually a very practical book in most respects, although it does have some bizarre biases (the author hates long hair, for example).

god forbid you should actually run... be sure to "pretend you're running to catch a bus"! :)

Nice, where did you get these?

They are from "a girl's guide to grooming" called A Brand New You</a>, published in 1963.

How fabulous! Does that book also teach manners? They should definitely update it for the teens of today... rude little bastards they can be.

I was wondering why I hadn't seen any of your entries for awhile - I thought I had you added already! You have my old one, but not my new one.

Congrats on the little one!
