just gorgeous. when was the book published?

I'm not sure exactly because I have it in a book that is a collection of stories. In the acknowledgments, the copyrights are listed as 1928 and 1956 for Bambi. I'm guessing these are the illustrations from the 1956 version of the book, but I can't be sure. The whole collection of stories is copyright 1966.

Oh, these are great! They'd be really fun artwork in a house. I suppose they'd be fun in a baby's room too. :-P
